My team gives its full permission to Ronald McDonald House of Mid-Michigan and Golf for the House sponsors to use any photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, or other recording of us that are made during the course of this event. Still images, audio, and video may be published whole or in part, seperaately or conjunction, with other images in any medium known for purposes including without limitation, illustration, promotion, advertising and trade. They may also use our names or other information in connection with such use or publication. I understand that this Waiver and Release may be stored electronically and agree that a copy is authentic and admissable as evidence in a future dispute or proceeding.
